Dauvea Strengthens Its Commitment to Gender Equality

Dauvea Srl, a company operating in the field of digital innovation and sustainable IT infrastructure, formally announces its commitment to promoting Gender Equality as a structural element of its corporate culture and a strategic lever for growth.

This initiative is part of a broader path of social responsibility and sustainability, which sees the company engaged in adopting inclusive practices, enhancing women’s skills, and eliminating all forms of unequal treatment, in line with the principles of UNI/PdR 125:2022, the reference practice for gender equality certification.

“We believe that promoting fair and inclusive work environments is both an ethical responsibility and a competitive advantage. For us, gender equality is not a formal goal, but an essential condition for sustainable innovation.” said Antonio Pittalis, co-founder of Dauvea S.r.l.

Among the concrete actions already undertaken:
• Review of recruitment and career advancement processes from an inclusive perspective.
• Implementation of internal training and awareness programs.
• Monitoring of pay and representation data.
• Adoption of welfare policies and work-life balance initiatives.
Dauvea intends to continue this path with determination, reinforcing its role as a responsible player in the Italian business landscape and actively contributing to the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

“We are deeply convinced that diversity is a resource, and that respect for equal opportunities is not only an ethical and social duty, but also a strategic factor for innovation, sustainability, and growth.” said Salvatore Pulvirenti, co-founder of Dauvea S.r.l.

For this reason, Dauvea is actively working to:
• Ensure equal opportunities in access, career, and compensation.
• Prevent any form of gender discrimination in the workplace.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment, attentive to work-life balance.
• Raise awareness among our teams through training programs and internal communication initiatives.
• Constantly assess and improve our processes in line with UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines for gender equality certification.

The goal is to create an organization that is increasingly fair, transparent, and open, where everyone can fully express their potential, regardless of gender.
